Down below is a picture from Tuesday before Thanksgiving, Melissa and I celebrated my last day of work in 2010 with a Mother's Night out at Tomfooleries, it was a blast!

I have decided to take the remainder of the semester off and will return to work in 2011.

We are getting ready to watch the KU vs MU Border War game!!! Divided house-we will be happy with whoever wins!

Harry Update-3 months

So I can finally update what has been going on in the Martin Family world....Harry turned 3 months old yesterday and today Scott is 30!!! Craziness around our house lately. So Harry has been in daycare for 2 full weeks now and has been happy as ever, although he has had a few colds. He is finally sleeping through the night from 10pm-6am and since he started daycare he goes to sleep at 6:30PM, so a few weeks ago we started giving him a dream feed at 10PM and is has been nice to have him not eat again until 6AM. I finally feel like Im getting some sleep, well on the nights he lets me :)If he gets a little too stuffy at night from his colds---that is another story.

I have found Harry's happiest times are in the morning. I will upload his 3 month photos later on this week. We got a few cute ones right after he woke up.

He is already wearing 6-12 months cloths, and continues to grow everyday. We are just enjoying every single second with him. We are noticing his sweet personality and he loves smiling and giggling at everyone he encounters. We call him Happy Harry and he is Hilarious! He loves being outside and he cannot get enough of his playmat. He could play on there for hours. He talks and coos to all his toys.

My absolute favorite time of the day is when I get to pick him up from daycare. Although, we are currently looking for a nanny to begin at the first of the year to watch Harry, and my nephew Johnny. We want the boys to be together. So if you know anyone looking for a nanny position please let me know!!!

We celebrated Scott's birthday on Sunday night at my parents house with a fabulous Steak soup & teal dinner finishing the night with Scott's favorite----cookie cake! We came home absolutely stuffed.

I am getting very excited to have next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday off of work to hang out with Harry and Scott and family coming into town for Thanksgiving. Then there is only 3 more weeks of school before winter break. Thank goodness!!! That means more time with Harry!!!!

Halloween & Fall Photos

Christmas Card Process....

So I know I have yet to post any pictures from Halloween-but starting back to work Nov 1st has definitely put a damper on things. It seems like every single solitary second of my life is working, cleaning pumps, cleaning the house, unloading/loading the dishwasher, changing diapers, feeding, changing more diapers, and sleeping. So i apologize for not having updated from our wonderful Halloween weekend. I promise to post some pictures of our little Chiefs player soon!!!!

As for our next favorite holiday......drumroll please......CHRISTMAS!!!!

Yes, that's right, we are starting to come up with ideas for our very first Christmas card as the Martin Family. Every year in the past as a Harrison, my Mom has created the most adorable Shutterfly family Christmas card, and now it is my turn. We are going to put on out Sunday best, and try to get a few photos of the family sometimes in the weeks to come.
